"If" Command Tutorial

Compatibility:

TI83+/84+/CE

Syntax:

:If {statement}
:command if statement is true
:command if statement is false
:If {statement}
:Then
:command if statement is true
:command if statement is true
:End
:command if statement is false

Description:

The If statement is for use with testing and branching. If the condition is false, then the command skips the command following immediately after (first example). If condition is true, executes command directly after and continues (first example)

When the Then command is used with the If command, the above still applies, but ALL of the commands between Then and End are treated as if they were directly after the If statement in the first example.
